Geo436 ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (Pemra) Tuesday has issued show cause notices to three cable operators in Karachi; WorldCall, Media Pulse Communications and Karachi Cable Services for off airing transmission of Geo and ARY and has ordered them to air them. Denying any involvement in the blockage, the Pemra said that there were some reports regarding blockage of the channels in some parts of the country but the authority has no role in this. The Pemra also announced to take action against the operators if they do not cooperate.
