Geo436 ISLAMABAD: Chief of the Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani called on President Asif Ali Zardari here on Monday and discussed matters relating to security situation in the country. In a meeting held at Aiwan-e-Sadr, the activities of Pak army regarding relief and rescue operations in the flood affected areas were also discussed.
