Geo436 Staff Report ISLAMABAD: The chief justices of the four high courts have written separate letters to Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry seeking his advice about the shortage of judges. The chief justice has fixed the matter for an urgent hearing on Monday before a 17-judge full court. "BHC Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa and Lahore High Court Chief Justice Khawaja Mohammad Sharif have written separate letters to the chief justice seeking advice about difficulties being faced by them in disposing of cases in the wake of shortage of judges.
