Geo436 KARACHI: Sindh has suffered an estimated loss of Rs 550 billion on account of colossal damage to houses, standing crops, infrastructure and irrigation system. This was stated by the Advisor to Sindh Chief Minister for Planning and Development Dr Kaiser Bengali while addressing a press conference here on Thursday. “These are the initial estimates and the amount of losses can be swelled by another Rs 100 to 200 billion when the actual damage survey will be completed”, he added.
