Police have registered a case and further investigation is underway. According to sources, 35-year-old Razia Bibi, resident of Manawan had gone to attend religious ceremony (Khatam) of her relative. When they were coming to Lahore at noon, some unknown armed men targeted them with fires. As a result, both of Razia and his brother in law were severely injured and shifted to Mayo hospital where she could not succumb to injuries. Their bodies have been sent for postmortem.
