Breaking News KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has blamed federal and provincial interior ministries for violence in the city.

The Deputy Convener of Rabita Committee, Dr. Farooq Sattar, has said that in the presence of police and rangers, terrorists are moving freely in the city. Therefore, he added, MQM considers Sindh government, especially the provincial Home Ministry responsible for violence in the metropolis.

Dr. Farooq Sattar passed these remarks while addressing a press conference at MQM’s headquarters, Nine Zero, on Monday.

He added that no violence erupted in the city after the murder of MQM leader, Dr. Imran Farooq.

He further added that terrorists have started killing innocent people since Sunday evening and since then, 12 people, including two MQM activists have been killed.

“The situation in the city is deteriorated with a planned conspiracy,” Farooq Sattar added.
