Mfarhanonline News KARACHI: Exchange of Firing between two rival groups at Qasba Colony and Hassan Square and the firing incident on bus claimed six lives while 20 others sustained injuries here on Tuesday, mfarhanonline News reported.
According to the report, Accused also torched vehicle and a house in Qasba Colony. Police said that the exchange of firing started between the two rival groups at Qasba Colony at about 2 pm, killing four people and triggering tension in the area.
Deceased were identified as Gul Nawab, Hidayatullah, Javed Akbar and Ijaz Khan and shifted to different hospitals including Qatar, Abbasi and Civil hospitals.
A reporter of a local news channel also received injuries during the firing incidents.
Some unidentified men opened fire at the bus of 1D route killing one people and injuring eight others.
According to the ANP Sindh spokesman, four ANP workers were killed and six injured in firing incident at Qasba Colony.
Exchange of firing between the rival groups were also reported near Kabari Market and Sharshah in which one person was killed and three others injured.
Clash between two students organisation in Federal Urdu University was also reported which ended at Essa Nagri, injuring a woman among two people.
