Mfarhanonline:Application in SC for Shahzad murder probe

Mfarhanonline News LAHORE: An application has been submitted at Supreme Court Lahore Registry for forming commission headed by a serving or former judge to investigate into the gruesome murder of journalist Salim Shahzad, mfarhanonline News reported Tuesday.

The application submitted by Barrister Zafarullah Khan stated that Salim Shahzad's murder in mysterious circumstances was such an incident which merits a high level investigation.

Therefore, he requested the court to form a commission headed by a serving or former judge of the Supreme Court which also comprises journalists.
