The chairman of Cable Operators Association of Pakistan, Khalid Arain, called on Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan in Sialkot. The minister said during the meeting that status of industry will be given to cable operators very soon. Minister for Information and Broadcasting also assured to solve the issues faced by the cable operators. Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan also advised the cable operators to take careful approach toward Indian channels. The chairman of Cable Operators Association of Pakistan, Khalid Arain, assured the Minister for Information and Broadcasting of full cooperation of his association and said that cable operators will continue their role to provide clean and healthy entertainment to the viewers in Pakistan.
