Geo436 KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain Sunday called upon the judiciary to take action against the people responsible for breaching the embankments for personal benefits. Altaf Hussain in his address on the occasion of annual aid program held here under the auspices of MQM's welfare wing Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation, regretted that the government failed to chalk out a strategy for dealing effectively with the large-scale devastation unleashed by the floods in the country
