Geo436 LAHORE: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Qamar Zaman Kaira said that the militants were trying destabilize Pakistan but they will not succeed in their malicious attempts. He was talking to reporters at Lahore Airport. He said that there was need to ensure transparency in utilization of funds for flood affectees and the government would make it possible.
