Geo 436 BAHAWALPUR: President Asif Ali Zardari has said that the mess created by former military ruler Zia ul Haq in the constitution has been cleared through the 18th Amendment Bill. Addressing a public meeting here on Wednesday, the president said all fronts opened against his government have been thwarted with the prayers of people. "I am ruling the hearts of people, not palaces," he said. President Zardari said he is running the affairs of government through the political ideology and philosophy of Benazir Bhutto.
