Mfarhanonline News MUMBAI: The five Pakistani fishermen who have been in Indian custody for the past three months have been granted their release, mfarhanonline News reported. Pakistan just needs to sign the release papers.
The Maharashtra government in India had sent an urgent fax to the yellow gate police Mumbai stating that the fishermen had been granted their release by high ranking officials and once they receive the papers from the Pakistani High Commission they will be freed.
A delegation from the Pakistani High Commission will visit the fishermen in Mumbai on June 28 and will present their documentation to Indian officials.
