Geo436 Staff Report RAWALPINDI: Federal Law Minister Babar Awan on Sunday said that 2013 will be the year of change, which will be brought only by the people and called for withdrawal of illegal appointments made in Punjab’s local bodies. Speaking to newsmen in Rawalpindi, he said: “Nawaz Sharif should exhibit some moral courage and come to the parliament.” He demanded the Punjab government to expel illegal administrators or fulfill legal obligations. “People are not looking toward anyone else other than the Parliament and those who are searching a secret option to come to power have become political orphans.” To a question, the minister said the government is implementing verdicts of the Supreme Court in letter and spirit
