Geo436 ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office Spokesman Abdul Basit Monday said that Indians should quit the practice of deceiving itself on the issue of Kashmir and come forward with a serious and sincere approach for a negotiated settlement of longstanding dispute. Talking to a private television channel the Spokesman said that above 100 Kashmiris have embraced martyrdom during the last three months which is a matter of concern for all. “We are very much concerned with the situation and we understand that this issue cannot be solved through the use of force,” he said
