The rescue operation continues at Gayari sector despite harsh weather where more than 100 soldiers were trapped under an avalanche 22 days ago. Pakistan Army personnel along with foreign teams are busy in rescue operation using heavy machinery at the site. Excavation work started at eight more sites which were pointed out by Ground Penetrating Rader (GPR) team. A 300 feet long course has been hauled over the avalanche for restoration of the channel by employing dozers.
