Geo436 ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has approved the appointment of Kamran Lashari as Chief Secretary, Government of Sindh with immediate effect. Kamran Lashari was serving as Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources.
