Just in case you weren’t obsessively checking Mfarhanonline throughout the weekend, we wanted to give you the full picture of one of Mfarhanonline ‘s best-ever April Fools’ Day pranks: TBS Host and Comedian Conan O’Brien Takes Over Mfarhanonline . Conan’s Team (or TeamCoco ) and Mfarhanonline got together to create a zany story line that included Conan buying Mfarhanonline and even pushing aside site founder and CEO Pete Cashmore. The heart of the prank was four videos featuring Conan: introductory takeover rant , two faux product reviews and the resignation . There was a site redesign, as Mfarhanonline ‘s trademark blue was replaced with Conan orange, along with other, more subtle touches, like the Conan’s hair on the “e” in “Mfarhanonline” and the giant Conan face Easter egg. If you didn't see it, it was Conan’s face which would pop up (see above) when you moused over a tuft of hair at the bottom of your Mfarhanonline screen. The Conan O'Brien takeover launched at midnight on April 1 and then the fun began. On Facebook Conan was posting and on Twitter Conan was tweeting (yes, that was Conan’s serious mug replacing Cashmore’s serious mug as our Twitter avatar).
