Mfarhanonline:Karachi suicide blast kills 1

Mfarhanonline News KARACHI: A suicide bomber rammed his explosive-laden motorbike into a police van at Malir 15 area of Karachi, killing at least one person and wounding several others, mfarhanonline News reported.

The blast was so powerful that it was heard far and wide, triggering tensions around the metropolis while the windowpanes of nearby buildings also broke up.

Relief activities have been kicked off on the blast site. Law-enforcement agencies have arrived on the scene.

According to hospital sources, three injured people including a policeman have been shifted to Jinnah hospital.
