Mfarhanonline:Key accused in Khan murder case held in Dubai

Mfarhanonline News DUBAI: A key accused wanted in the murder case of former Attorney General Sardar Khan has reportedly been arrested in Dubai, mfarhanonline News reported.

The arrest was made on the Red Warrant of accused in Dubai.

Sardar Khan, former Attorney General and retired judge of Peshawar High Court (PHC) was assassinated in Islamabad's Sector G-11 on February 3 last year.

It may be mentioned that Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Chaudhry took suo motto notice of killing of Sardar Khan and started hearing of murder case.
