Mfarhanonline:Petition filed in SC for handing over Karachi to Army

Mfarhanonline News ISLAMABAD: Following the loss of human lives in Karachi, a constitutional petition has been filed in the Supreme Court for handing over the metropolis to the Army, mfarhanonline News reported on Friday.

Advocate Tariq Asad has also pleaded in the petition for sacking of federal interior minister.

The petitioner has appealed the court to seek a comprehensive report from the authorities concerned about those responsible for killing.

The federation, the prime minister, federal cabinet, federal interior minister, chief secretary and home secretary have been made respondent in the petition.
