BASSETERRE, Saint Kitts and Nevis: Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-Haq won the toss and elected to bat in the second and final Test against West Indies on Friday at Warner Park here.
Pakistan made one change, replacing Umar Gul with left-arm fast bowler Tanvir Ahmed.
West Indies have suffered a huge setback, with veteran Shivnarine Chanderpaul sidelined with a sore shoulder. He will be replaced by Marlon Samuels as one of two changes to their squad.
The other sees Kraigg Brathwaite making his debut at the expense of left-hander Devon Smith, to become the sixth youngest West Indies Test player, and youngest since Robin Bynoe began his career against the same opponents 52 years ago in Lahore.
Pakistan trail 0-1 in the two-Test series, following a 40-run defeat inside four days in the first Test, which ended last Sunday at the Guyana National Stadium.
