Mfarhanonline:Two suicide vests seized from compound of naval base

Mfarhanonline News KARACHI: Two suicide jackets were recovered from a compound of PNS Mehran base, which came under terrorist attack on late Sunday, sources told mfarhanonline News.

Sources said that two explosives-laden vests were recovered during a search operation of the naval base's compound after armed offensive against terrorists concluded.

Also, three dead bodies of terrorists were seized from the compound. Terrorists were holed up in that compound for many hours, sources said.

No civilian or armed forces' personnel were taken under hostage, sources revealed.

Federal Interior Minister A. Rehman Malik and Pakistan Navy officials supervised the sweeping process of compound.
